On July 14th, The 1st North Korean Defectors' Day was held at DDP plaza under subject " Let's Together for a future of unification"

 

- Especially this year, for the first time in history, will designate July 14 as the official day for North Korean Defectors. Because it marks the enactment of the law on protecting North Korean defectors and supporting their settlement, which came in to effect of that date in 1997.
